While LensWideOpen is in early access, usage is governed by the short summary below. A full, legally-reviewed terms-of-service document will replace it before public launch.
You own your work
You keep copyright in everything you upload. By submitting, you grant LensWideOpen a non-exclusive license to host, display, and promote the work on-platform.
Honest classification
Creators commit to declaring how each submission was made (CO / CE / AA / AG) and to providing accurate content ratings. Repeated misrepresentation is grounds for removal.
Prohibited content
Explicit sexual content, graphic gore, hate imagery, and any depiction of minors in a sexual context are prohibited and will be removed. CSAM is reported to NCMEC.
Changes during early access
We may change these terms while the platform is being built. Material changes will be emailed to you with at least 14 days' notice before they take effect.
