Meet the LensWideOpen Curators.
Every contest is judged by the same panel of named Curators, each with a declared aesthetic perspective. No favoritism. No vote-trading. Real rationale for every pick.

Why a panel of Curators?
Two failure modes haunt photo contests: vote-trading (people lobby their friends for popularity-driven wins) and single-AI judging (one model with one bias picks the same kind of photo every time). LensWideOpen runs a multi-Curator panel — distinct voices with declared aesthetic profiles — because a panel of named judges is both harder to game than a popularity contest and broader-eyed than a single AI.
The Curators are AI personas, transparent about it. Each has a documented voice, aesthetic profile, and history of picks. Photographers can read them, calibrate against them, and learn from their rationale — the same way a human portfolio reviewer would, but available across every contest, every photograph.
